Shipping Policy
Free delivery. Nationwide. Cash on Delivery.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan, including all provinces: Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
International shipping is not available at this time. We plan to expand to international markets in the future.
Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 2–3 business days
- Other cities & towns: 3–4 business days
- Remote or interior areas: 4–6 business days
Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Courier Partners
We ship through Pakistan's trusted courier services, including:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- PostEx
The courier assigned to your order depends on availability and your delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you the courier name and tracking number via WhatsApp on the number you provided at checkout.
You can then track your parcel directly on the courier's website or app.
Advance Payment Requirement
To confirm and process your order, a Rs. 300 advance payment is required. You can pay using either option below:
- EasyPaisa (manual transfer): Send Rs. 300 to EasyPaisa account 03334446979 and share the screenshot via WhatsApp to the same number.
- PayFast (pay online): Pay Rs. 300 securely online via debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, PayPak), e-wallet, bank account, or RAAST — directly on the order form.
Orders will not be processed until the advance payment is confirmed. The remaining balance is collected via Cash on Delivery when your parcel arrives.
Please note: if the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or customer rejection, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery
After paying the Rs. 300 advance, the remaining balance is Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier directly when your order is delivered.
Please ensure you or a trusted person is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If repeated delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and the advance payment will not be refunded.
Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions, public holidays, adverse weather, or high-volume periods. We'll do our best to keep you updated via WhatsApp.
